To find your individual constitution put an dot on every aspect of Vata, Pitta and Kapha suiting to you. The dosha with more dots generally points out the primary constitution of the individual. The second one refers to the second dosha. If two dosha are equal, the constitution is dual. If three dosha are equal, there is a balanced type or Tridosha.
